What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be hands‑on in large‑scale industrial electrical installations
, including:
- Installing & bending EMT (½"–3") and rigid conduit
- Running cable trays and clean, organized wiring systems
- Pulling & routing wire for power, lighting, and equipment
- Performing precise terminations in panels and boxes
- Installing and connecting lighting systems & fixtures
- Routing & hooking up transformers (voltage & phasing)
- Working safely at heights using ladders & scissor lifts
- Collaborating with crews to keep projects moving on schedule
- Keeping a clean, efficient, safety‑first job site
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or commercial electrical work
- Strong skills in conduit bending, wiring, and terminations
- Experience with cable tray systems and large job sites
- Ability to work safely at heights
- Commitment to safety standards & job site protocols
- Journeyman Electrician License (preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing, energy, or large‑scale industrial builds
- Major industrial construction sites (Queen Creek & Casa Grande)
- Typical schedules:
- Mon–Sat 10‑hour shifts
- Mon–Fri 10‑hour shifts
- Fast‑paced, high‑production environment
- Strict safety standards, PPE required
- Work around heavy equipment & large infrastructure
- Competitive pay + $110 daily per diem

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 – $41.00/hr.
