• Maintain an organized inventory of tools and supplies

• Document service requests and work performed, keeping accurate customer records
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share knowledge

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle of your own
• The tools of the trade, or the means to purchase them
• Strong mechanical skills and keen attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
