We’re looking for an experienced Service Plumber who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and wants to be part of a team that’s growing toward something bigger.
What You’ll Do- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Perform water heater repairs and replacements
- Sewer and drain cleaning
- Leak detection and repair
- Water filtration and softener installations
- Camera inspections
- Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
- Document work with photos and detailed notes
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
- Minimum 3 years residential plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
- Self‑motivated and dependable
- Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
- Housecall Pro, or similar software experience is a plus
Competitive commission plus hourly pay: $35–$65+ per hour depending on experience.
