Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician II, you will be a key member of our Field Service team, responsible for the proper repair, maintenance and occasional installation of beverage equipment at various client locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the rapid response to equipment malfunctions while providing exceptional service. This position focuses on fountain repair and/or performing repairs on coolers, vending machines, and payment systems, and may require fountain installation/removal and cold drink equipment installation/removal in some territories.

7:00 am to 3:30 pm Mon – Fri (possible OT and nights/weekends)
Pay: $24.35 /hr

Responsibilities- Perform on‑site repairs, part replacements, and adjustments to restore beverage fountains, coolers, and vending equipment to optimal functionality
- Diagnose multiple types of complex equipment (e.g., B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine, Coolers and Vending) to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs
- Ensure that all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are properly installed and functioning correctly
- Install, assemble, and configure beverage fountains/cold drink equipment and related equipment as needed
- Document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) using a handheld device
- Check‑in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies) using a designated process
- Maintain accurate parts inventory (estimated $30–$35 K value)
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma (or GED) – required
- 1+ years previous experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field – required
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Driver’s License
- Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and occasionally up to 80 lbs
- Ability to operate and/or use a variety of hand and power tools
- Knowledge of electrical systems and components, mechanical and technical skill
