We are seeking an Electrical Foreman (Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000) to join our team. The Electrical Foreman is a hands-on leadership role, working alongside electricians to oversee and coordinate electrical installations. This position ensures project quality, enforces safety protocols, and optimizes workflow while effectively managing field teams.
Key Responsibilities- Supervises and works alongside crews to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Plans and coordinates daily work activities, assigning tasks and providing clear instructions.
- Ensures compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Interprets blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to guide accurate electrical installations.
- Collaborates with Project Managers and General Foremen to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Monitors project progress, ensuring quality workmanship and addressing issues promptly.
- Mentors and develops electricians and apprentices to enhance technical skills and efficiency.
