A Containment Installer I is responsible for assisting in installing and material handling of product from receiving dock to working area, while training on installation processes and gaining knowledge of material.

• Install hot and cold aisle containment systems, including panels, doors, ceiling structures, and mounting hardware.
• Use basic hand tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, measuring tape) to assemble and secure components.
• Follow work instructions to ensure proper system layout and alignment.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to fit within designated areas.
• Inspect and test completed installations to ensure proper fit, function, and alignment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and supervisors to complete installations on schedule.
• Report material needs, progress updates, and any installation issues to the project lead or site supervisor.

• Basic mechanical or construction skills; ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physically able to lift materials, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Previous experience in construction, or data center infrastructure installation is a plus

• High School Diploma
• 0-2 Years Mechanical experience preferred but not required
• No previous data center experience needed

• Knowledge in Microsoft Suite applications such as:
  Excel, Word, and Outlook is a plus

• No certificates or licenses required

• No supervisory responsibilities

• While performing duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move objects 10-50 pounds; they are frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally required to sit and climb and balance. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
