Pay: $80,000 – $125,000 DOE (Salary)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
Work Location: On the road (Phoenix Metro Area)
Bleuwave Residential is hiring a Senior HVAC Technician to lead residential service calls, installations, and maintenance operations. We’re looking for an experienced professional who can deliver top-tier service and mentor junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and replace residential HVAC systems and components.
- Lead system change-outs, tune-ups, and preventative maintenance.
- Provide professional recommendations to homeowners.
- Train and support junior technicians.
- Use Service Titan or similar CRM for job tracking and communication.
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance options.
- Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time.

- Company vehicle and gas card.
- Profit‑sharing eligibility and ongoing training.
- Minimum 7 years residential HVAC experience.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
