As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll provide exceptional service to homeowners throughout Tempe, AZ, and the surrounding communities by diagnosing problems, delivering expert repairs, and building lasting customer relationships.
In This Role, You Will:
Complete 4–6 residential HVAC service calls each day
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
Clearly explain system issues and recommend the best repair or replacement options
Present maintenance plans, indoor air quality solutions, and energy-efficient upgrades based on customer needs
Build estimates and confidently discuss pricing, financing, and service agreements
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to maximize system performance
Document service calls with detailed notes and job photos
Communicate effectively with dispatch, office staff, install teams, and leadership
Follow up on open estimates while maintaining outstanding customer relationships
Support teammates by sharing technical knowledge and delivering an exceptional customer experience

Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and service experience
EPA certification required
Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and evaluate HVAC systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to explain technical issues and solutions clearly to homeowners
Experience presenting repair and replacement options professionally
Strong documentation skills including service notes and job photos
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and customer concerns
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
