Mark‑Taylor, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Tempe, AZ, to help prepare units for rental and keep them in top condition. You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and perform minor repairs to ensure units meet Mark‑Taylor standards.
The role includes pool care, safety checks, on‑call rotation, and inventory monitoring. Base pay is $22–$24 per hour, with an extra $3 per hour while on‑call and additional pay for EPA, CPO, OSHA certifications.
