As a Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key component in providing excellent customer service to our customers and our team of Appliance Repair Technicians.

• Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments.
• Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
• Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
• Effectively communicate with the office.

  Explain what’s wrong and help the customer understand what needs to be done to resolve their issues quickly.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Previous experience of five years or more in appliance repair is a plus

• Pay range: $25 to $40 per hour (commission based, dependent on experience)
• Bonuses available
• Pay schedule: weekly, every Friday
• Flex schedule: 5‑day or 4‑day workweek available
• No nights or weekends
