Atticus Mechanical is a commercial service contractor (office buildings, strip malls, warehouses, etc.). We are looking for a reliable, professional, detail‑oriented Commercial HVAC Technician.
Technicians perform all job types, including inspections, repairs, installations, evaporative cooler service, and cooling tower maintenance.
Required Qualifications- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a group or alone
- Availability to work on call
- HVAC mechanical troubleshooting skills
- HVAC electrical troubleshooting skills
- EPA certified (EPA Universal Certification is required)
- Clean driving record
- Clean background check
- Clean drug test result
- HVAC Inspections
- HVAC Repairs
- HVAC Unit Installations
- Evaporative Cooler service, repairs, and installation
- Cooling Tower service and repair
