As a Commercial Prep Technician, you’ll help prepare tubs, showers, tile, countertops, and other surfaces for refinishing on large commercial projects throughout hotels, apartment communities, and hospitality facilities. Your work is critical to the success of every project and directly supports our senior refinishing technicians.

• Clean and prepare tubs, showers, tile, countertops, and other surfaces for refinishing
• Mask and protect surrounding areas to ensure professional‑quality results
• Assist senior technicians on large commercial projects
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
• Learn the refinishing trade from experienced professionals

• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Team player willing to learn and grow
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Experience in construction, painting, maintenance, remodeling, restoration, or similar trades is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
