Invitation Homes seeks a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance in single-family rental homes and deliver outstanding resident service. You will handle multiple trades, educate residents on home systems, and use the maintenance app to complete checklists and schedule future visits.
Requirements include 2–5+ years in residential repairs, OSHA 10, EPA HVAC certification (and pool CPO as a plus), excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license.
