Field Service Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Tempe, AZ. This role is ideal for a skilled CNC service professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, supporting customers, and working with advanced CNC machinery, including 5-axis systems.

The Field Service Technician will perform installation, repair, preventative maintenance, leveling, alignment, and diagnostics on CNC machines in a fast-paced manufacturing service environment. • Service complex CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and 5-axis equipment, with a focus on uptime, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform machine installation, leveling, alignment, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electronic, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical system issues.
• Respond with urgency to machine-down situations and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Accurately document service activity, findings, repairs, parts usage, and next steps at the time of service.
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, internal departments, and vendors regarding service status, arrival times, updates, and completion.

• Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
