POSITION SUMMARY
: A Containment Installer I is responsible for assisting in installing and material handling of product from receiving dock to working area, while training on installation processes and gaining knowledge of material.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Install hot and cold aisle containment systems, including panels, doors, ceiling structures, and mounting hardware.
• Use basic hand tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, measuring tape) to assemble and secure components.
• Follow work instructions to ensure proper system layout and alignment.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to fit within designated areas.
• Inspect and test completed installations to ensure proper fit, function, and alignment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and supervisors to complete installations on schedule.
• Report material needs, progress updates, and any installation issues to the project lead or site supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Basic mechanical or construction skills; ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physically able to lift materials, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Previous experience in construction, or data center infrastructure installation is a plus

Education/

Experience:

• High School Diploma
• 0-2 Years Mechanical experience preferred but not required

Computer

Skills:

• Knowledge in Microsoft Suite applications such as:
  Excel, Word, and Outlook is a plus
