Job Description Euro Comp Garage is a premier European automotive facility providing dealership-level service, precision diagnostics, and high-performance upgrades. We specialize in Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Volkswagen, and exotic brands such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, and Aston Martin. We value craftsmanship, transparency, and attention to detail.

Job Overview Euro Comp  Garage is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic ability, solid mechanical experience, and an interest in working with European and performance-oriented platforms. You will work on everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs and high-end performance builds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics using factory-level software and tools; identify faults and recommend accurate repair solutions.
  • Conduct routine maintenance services including brakes, fluid services, suspension repairs, tires, and general mechanical work.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems, drivetrain components, suspension systems, and performance-related systems.
  • Interpret wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Perform detailed vehicle inspections, identify maintenance needs, and provide clear documentation for service advisors and customers.
  • Record technician videos to visually communicate vehicle condition, required repairs, and inspection findings.
  • Maintain thorough, professional documentation of all diagnostic and repair processes, ensuring customers understand the work performed, the reasoning behind repairs, and any additional findings.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies, including ADAS, hybrid systems, and performance software/hardware.
Experience & Qualifications
  • European dealership or specialty shop experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong proficiency in diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repair.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and factory-level software.
  • Performance modification experience is a plus (turbo systems, fueling, tuning, suspension, etc.).
  • Welding or auto-body experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with European vehicles (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, VW, etc.) is highly advantageous.
