DP Electric is hiring an experienced Electrical General Foreman to oversee field operations across multiple projects in the Tempe and Phoenix area.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep crews productive, projects on schedule, and job sites operating safely. You’ll lead Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and field crews while working closely with Project Managers and Superintendents.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and electrical field crews
• Oversee daily field operations across multiple electrical construction projects
• Keep projects on schedule while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity
• Plan labor, materials, tools, and equipment
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, contractors, and site teams
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and project plans
• Resolve field issues and keep work moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as an Electrical General Foreman, Electrical Foreman, or senior field leader
• Strong commercial electrical construction experience
• Proven experience leading electrical crews
• Journeyman Electrician license, equivalent certification, or relevant field leadership experience
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between project sites
