EMPACT
- Suicide Prevention Center, part of the La Frontera family, is seeking a Family Support Partner to model navigation within the behavioral health system for families in Tempe or Glendale.
You will provide direct family support as a core member of the Child and Family Team, help families set culturally specific goals, and connect them to education, behavioral health, juvenile justice, and social services. Occasional weekend or evening hours may be required.
