Job Summary

The Fiscal Specialist, located within the Controller's office, performs a variety of financial accounting transaction responsibilities. This role is primarily responsible for reviewing and reconciling student and third party sponsor transactions for all campuses within the Maricopa Community College District. This role is also responsible for recording, verifying, and monitoring general ledger accounts, creating journal entries, and setting up non-financial aid item types to be applied to student and third party sponsor accounts.
