The Student Success Manager supervises social work interns and practicum students and develops training and professional development opportunities for student leaders, interns, practicum students, faculty, and staff to strengthen the college's capacity to support students holistically. This role also cultivates partnerships across Arizona State University, throughout the Maricopa County community, and across Arizona and the nation to expand resources and support networks for students facing housing insecurity, food insecurity, financial hardship, and other barriers that may impact persistence and success.

Successful candidates demonstrate strong leadership, systems thinking, student advocacy, data-informed decision making, and a commitment to creating inclusive environments where all students can thrive. They possess the ability to build collaborative relationships, identify systemic barriers to student success, and develop innovative solutions that strengthen student support across the learner journey.
