L2 or Sr. Full-Stack Python Engineer

We’re supporting a growing tech team in mid-town Phoenix that builds full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI, and modern front-end frameworks (React or similar). This is a full-time, on-site role (4 days on-site per week) where you’ll work closely with technical leadership and contribute to new product development in a space heavily focused on automation and workflow optimization.

• Strong experience coding in Python
• Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks
• Experience with React or other modern front-end frameworks
• Ability to work on-site 4 days/week

• Experience with Django or Flask
• Familiarity with on-prem or single-VM deployments
• Background working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Exposure to machine learning, automation tools, or workflow systems
• Interest in contributing across the stack with autonomy

• 60% Backend:
  Python, FastAPI, backend architecture
• 40% Frontend:
  React or similar modern frameworks

Mid-Level: $135k–$172k base + equity

Senior-Level: $165k–$201k base + equity
