• We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Engineer (Lead/Architect) with a minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack development, cloud engineering, and distributed systems.
• The ideal candidate will be capable of leading development efforts, designing modules end‑to‑end, mentoring team members, and owning delivery from development through deployment.
• This is a customer‑facing on‑site role with significant leadership responsibilities and collaboration with both onsite and offshore teams.

• Serve as the Java Full Stack Lead/Architect, providing technical direction and hands‑on expertise.
• Design application modules independently and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies and perform all sprint‑related technical activities.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of assigned user stories/features—from development through deployment.
• Communicate effectively with both onsite and offshore stakeholders.
• Function as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, providing strong technical leadership.
