Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, DevOps, Software Project Mgr/ Lead
We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead multiple engineering teams and shape how we build and ship software. This is a role for a hands‑on leader who loves turning strategy into execution, building high‑trust teams, and seeing their work make a real difference.
You’ll own how work gets delivered—improving predictability, release quality, and engineering efficiency—while coaching and developing engineers to do the best work of their careers. You’ll have the autonomy to raise the bar, the support to make meaningful changes, and the visibility to see your impact across the company.
If you’re excited by solving complex delivery problems, growing strong leaders, and building systems that help teams move faster, this is a place where your leadership will matter.
What You’ll Be Doing:Driving high quality software delivery
- Lead engineering teams to deliver predictably excellent work.
- Foster strong engineering practices and provide engineers and senior management early feedback.
- Help your team strike the right balance between new initiatives, production issues and customer‑reported problems.
- Coach engineers to strengthen execution, ownership, and accountability.
- Actively develop under‑performing engineers through clear expectations, feedback, and support—and take decisive action when improvement doesn’t materialize.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and high standards.
- Help engineers increase efficiency by pointing out opportunities for automation, better tooling, and effective use of AI.
- Identify and remove technical and process friction that slows teams down.
- Focus on outcomes over ceremony, ensuring processes support delivery rather than hinder it.
- Maintain technical fluency to earn trust, guide decisions, and ask the right questions.
- Occasionally partner with engineers to unblock complex problems while staying focused on team‑level performance.
- Provide leadership across a modern stack that includes React, .NET, and a growing Python ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design and other leaders to ensure engineering execution aligns with user and customer needs.
- Surface risks early, communicate clearly, and take ownership of resolving challenges.
- Be seen as a leader who breaks through obstacles and facilitates getting things done.
- An experienced engineering leader with a track record of improving delivery predictability and execution.
- A strong people leader who develops managers and engineers, addresses performance issues directly, and raises the bar for the entire team.
- Technically credible, with experience in modern web and back‑end systems (experience in any of React, .NET, or Python is a plus).
- Outcome‑driven, pragmatic, and focused on measurable improvement rather than process for process’ sake.
- Comfortable leading through influence, accountability, and clear expectations.
- Proactive, decisive, and willing to challenge the status quo in pursuit of better results.
The salary range for this position is $155,000–$176,000 annually. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as a discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other company‑sponsored programs.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
