Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. This role involves leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, and delivering robust backend solutions within a modern, Agile development environment.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Java-based technologies, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Java applications and services.
• Lead architecture and design discussions for scalable, secure, and high-availability systems.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using modern Java frameworks.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and Dev Ops teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with development standards.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.

• 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 11+ and frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot.
• Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, Oracle) and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate, JPA).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools.

• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Rabbit

• Knowledge of frontend frameworks (Angular, React) is a plus.
• Experience modernizing legacy Java applications.
• Exposure to Dev Ops and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Java, cloud platform certifications).
