• Understanding customer, internal sales, and account management team needs and translating them into robust business requirements for configuration and development in Salesforce CRM.
• Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, inventing creative solutions, and ensuring data accuracy across the Salesforce system.
• Providing support and technical consultation to Amazon internal customers, formally managing other resources and leading specific areas of the business, and leading projects that require a senior developer.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered, or as a Systems Administrator, or a related occupation.
