Java Developer

Additional Manager Notes:

• Candidate can work either from Tempe, AZ or Mounds View, MN site
• They will have ongoing requirements of one or two upgrades each year, including new releases or adding functionalities to the MES application.
• This position has possibilities of extension and conversion to full-time employment.
• The candidate will lead a team of 4 developers, focusing on backend/server-side Java development.
• Experience with Jboss is strongly desired; resumes with other server experience like Tomcat will also be considered.

Must Have:

• Java
• Web Services (preferably Webfil)
• Oracle (any version above 10)
• VB6
• Experience in the Medical Devices manufacturing industry
• Experience in writing Java test scripts

Education Required:

BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

Qualifications:

Experience as an IT Developer for the Factory Works Team, contributing to the Factory Works 9.4 release. The role involves developing web services in Java using Jboss as the server, consumed by manufacturing floor client machines. The position requires innovative system planning, architecture and design communication, and ensuring compliance, with a focus on mobile application development, deployment, and support activities.
