Installation and support of tools/features related to PostgreSQL/MongoDB. Experience with various technologies/tools.

Handles and resolves PostgreSQL/MongoDB environment problems and issues. Develops understanding of Agile techniques, activities, and Dev Ops methods. Uses a working knowledge of POSTGRESQL/MONGODB to complete assignments. Diagnoses and resolves incidents and problems within area of expertise. Assists with developing or modifying PostgreSQL/MongoDB policies, guidelines, standards, procedures, and documentation as required. Provides solutions to business partners by acting as a point of contact on PostgreSQL/MongoDB issues.

Provides technical guidance, training and may delegate work to others. Drives, embraces, and enables an environment of change – fostering innovation, championing collaboration, and ideas. Enables solution modernization activities through design and development-related work items and architectural engagement.
