Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Workato Integration Engineer with 7+ years of enterprise integration experience and 5+ years of hands‑on expertise in Workato to design, develop, and support scalable integration and automation solutions across cloud and on‑premise applications.
What You Will DoDesign, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations using Workato. Build scalable workflows, recipes, and automation solutions across enterprise platforms. Integrate SaaS, cloud, and on‑premise applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, and event‑driven architectures.
Why It Might Be a FitStrong, proven experience building and managing Workato recipes and custom API connections in an enterprise environment. Prior experience integrating Lucernex (Lx) and/or Smartsheet is a plus. Solid understanding of two‑way synchronization challenges, including conflict resolution, loop prevention, rate limits, and error handling.
Requirements- 7+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, middleware, or systems integration.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing integrations using Workato.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JSON, XML, and data transformation.
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, Net Suite, Service Now, SAP, Oracle, or similar business applications.
- Solid understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization protocols including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and SSO.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience with integration monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD practices, and release management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
