Full Stack Java Developer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Java Developer who can jump into complex applications, solve production issues, and build reliable, scalable services. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MongoDB while helping the team improve architecture, performance, and development practices.

• oBuild, test, and maintain Java-based microservices and applications
• .Develop REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
• .Design and support Kafka-based data pipelines and real-time applications
• .Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and other databases and caching technologies
• .Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement lasting solutions
• .Support and enhance existing and legacy applications
• .Design systems that are scalable, reliable, secure, and built for high availability
• .Create architecture and technical design documents, UML diagrams, data flows, and API specifications
• .Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Maven, and other Dev Ops tools
• .Deploy and support applications in Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, AWS, or other cloud environments
• .Monitor application health and performance and identify opportunities for optimization
• .Write automated unit and integration tests using tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, and Postman
• .Work with security teams to incorporate secure development practices
• .Help manage technical debt and identify opportunities to simplify and reuse solutions across teams
• .Explore new technologies and build prototypes when they can improve the team's solutions
• .Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and help continuously improve team processes
• .Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across the team
