Delivery Driver Opportunity

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to serve our customers across the NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) division. This full‑time role offers the chance to work outside, on the road, and interact directly with customers.

NAPA IBS manages parts for businesses, helping them run efficient parts departments on their premises. Partners include airlines, government fleets, utilities, construction companies, and dealerships.

• Deliver parts to customers and develop strong relationships.
• Pick up parts from vendors, accurately stock inventory, and maintain inventory records.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety while driving and delivering.
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer interactions.
• Build long‑term relationships with delivery recipients.
• Keep the delivery truck clean and conduct routine safety checks.

• Enjoys independent work, safe driving, and face‑to‑face customer engagement.

• Physical stamina to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, and stand for the shift.
