All City Towing is hiring motivated, professional, and customer-focused Tow Truck Drivers to join our growing team. No towing experience required — paid training is available for the right candidates.

• $700–$2,500+ weekly earning potential

• Operate light-duty tow trucks safely and efficiently
• Respond to roadside assistance and towing calls
• Load, transport, and unload vehicles safely
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement
• Complete digital paperwork and service documentation
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and routine checks
• Deliver professional customer service in stressful situations

• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Towing experience preferred but not required
