Export Logistics Specialist

Job Description:

Provide logistics support for our export customers and all EIS locations.

• Prepare essential commercial documentation, shipping labels, BOLs, etc. required for export shipment.
• Prepare DHL shipping labels for all EIS locations through DHL’s website with our account.
• Create commercial invoices through the Export software:
  Shipping Solution.
• Coordinate pick up and freight arrangements with various warehouses, carriers and manufacturers.
• Use the Rulewave portal for outbound shipments to Schlumberger.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Export laws and regulations.
• Work closely with Customs Brokers and 3rd Party Logistics companies to ensure compliance with customs regulations, including preparation and submission of required documentation.
• Assist with managing logistics related issues including rescheduling orders, expedites, and corrective actions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the EIS sales team, external partners, and customers.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the Export shipment process.
• Provide feedback to EIS management, manufacturers, and shipping locations regarding customer needs and concerns.
• Ensure customers’ logistics related requests are fulfilled and addressed in a timely manner.
• Train others as needed on Export-related functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize export logistics processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform any other related tasks as required or assigned by management.
