This role combines vehicle driving with a unique customer experience. The driver represents Carvana—an entirely online car buying and selling company—whenever a customer meets a Carvana employee for the first time.

• Handle 6 to 8 customer appointments per day.
• Operate a company‑owned vehicle to drive to the customer’s home to finalize the purchase of the vehicle.
• Greet the customer, inspect the vehicle they are selling, and have them complete paperwork on an iPad.
• Accurately complete customer paperwork and record thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
• Assist other team members with tasks as needed.

• Sense of humor and passion for the customer experience.
• Goal‑oriented, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $19.00 per hour.

This is a fully on‑site position in Tempe, AZ.
