Box Truck Driver; Day Shift

Join Gatik in Phoenix, AZ and help support the future of autonomous trucking. In this role, you will operate box trucks while working alongside advanced vehicle technology that powers Gatik’s middle-mile logistics network.

We’re looking for experienced, safety-focused drivers who are comfortable with new technology and excited to be part of the next generation of freight transportation.

• Operate 26–30 ft box trucks on dedicated local routes.
• Use Samsara ELD & mobile apps for compliant logging and dispatch communication.
• Prioritize safety and alertness in strict compliance with DOT guidelines.

• 3+ years truck‑driving experience, including 1 year operating 26–30 ft box trucks (Required)
• Valid CDL (Required)
• Clean MVR (Required)
• Able to repeatedly mount and dismount 26–30 ft commercial trucks safely using three points of contact
• Comfortable with technology and able to learn new applications
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Flexible availability (rotating or variable shifts)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to write clear, simple reports

• $24.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

• Approximately 7:00am to 5:30pm (Monday-Saturday)(Open availability is required).
