We're hiring Class A CDL Drivers
, including recent CDL graduates
, for a dedicated local dry van position based in the greater Phoenix area. This opportunity offers daily home time, day shifts, weekends off, and consistent dedicated freight with scheduled routes.
Drivers run round-trip deliveries throughout the Phoenix metro area and surrounding communities using preloaded trailers.
Pay & Compensation- Average Weekly Earnings: $1,200–$1,300
- Average Weekly Miles: Approximately 1,200 miles
- Mileage pay
- Hourly pay
- $10 stop pay
- Weekly direct deposit
- Home every day
- Day shift
- Weekends off
- Early morning start times may be required on some routes
- Holiday work may be required based on customer needs
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
- Haul dedicated dry van freight throughout the Phoenix market
- Pick up preloaded trailers
- Complete scheduled live unload deliveries
- Run round-trip routes that return to the terminal daily
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain electronic logs and DOT compliance
- Deliver freight safely and on time

Drivers primarily operate throughout:
- Phoenix

- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent CDL graduates welcome
- Experienced drivers also encouraged to apply

- Comfortable with early morning start times when assigned
- Ability to safely complete live unload deliveries
- Ability to pass a background check and DOT drug screening
