About Us Hook to Fork is a fast‑growing seafood and specialty foods distributor serving top chefs, restaurants, and resorts. We deliver premium, ultra‑fresh products with speed, accuracy, and uncompromising cold‑chain standards. We are seeking a dependable Operations Associate to assist with daily warehouse operations including packing seafood and specialty food orders, inventory handling, cold‑chain preparation, local deliveries, and general operational support.

This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced food distribution environment.

• Assist in warehouse operations: receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and shipping seafood/specialty products.
• Manage early morning order fulfillment (Mon–Sat).
• Maintain accurate inventory in Quick Books Enterprise, Excel, Word, and cloud drive systems.
• Inspect inbound shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Communicate with sales, drivers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

• 2+ years experience in food distribution or fine‑dining kitchen/production (perishables).
• Highly organized, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment.
• Very comfortable with computers (Quick Books, Excel, Word, cloud drives). If not fluent with technology, do not apply.
• Solid cold‑chain and food‑handling knowledge.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in walk‑ins/freezers.
• Clear product identification skills (species, cuts, pack sizes, U/M).

Pay negotiable. Early‑morning schedule, Monday–Saturday. Paid Trial Shift: Final candidates complete a 2‑day, 4‑hour paid working interview to validate inventory and warehouse skills.
