Warehouse Supervisor - Tempe Diablo Stadium

Role Overview

Warehouse Supervisor coordinates and executes warehouse operations and procedures to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency, meeting product, supply and equipment needs across the venue.

• Develop and maintain control procedures for cataloging, inventory control, bulk storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate all warehousing activities with the management team.
• Receive, store, and distribute supplies and equipment in the centralized warehouse.
• Use storage systems, policies, and procedures to maximize use and efficiency of space.
• Submit reports of damage, obsolete stock, over/under shipments, returns to vendors, and related discrepancies.
• Contact vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies, shortages, over‑shipping, or arrange for emergency shipments or requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.

• High school degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in receipt, storage, or distribution of food and beverage, supplies, or equipment, including at least one year at the supervisory level in an entertainment or convention center venue.
• Ability to promote and participate in a team environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral direction and communicate appropriately with others.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay rate: $19.00 to $22.00/hr.

Encourage the team to follow all safety policies and procedures. Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day an incident is reported.
