Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Type: Full-time

Position Overview

The Order Puller is responsible for processing inbound and outbound shipments to and from multiple departments, suppliers, or customers. This role ensures all orders are complete, accurately packaged, labeled, and properly stored, moved, or shipped. All receipts and shipments must adhere to and comply with cGMP requirements at all times.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing products; ensure all items are correctly packaged, labeled, and stored.
  • Documentation: Prepare documents, logs, and correspondence for shipments. Maintain database updates, documentation files, and archives.
  • Efficiency: Ensure all warehouse transactions are processed and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a well-organized, clean, and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Compliance & Safety: Exhibit a clear understanding of and compliance with cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Demonstrate a working knowledge of workplace safety.
Education and Experience
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Language: Ability to read and write basic English.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email) and the ability to learn internal inventory software.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from ground to waist.
    • Ability to work 8 to 10 hours a day standing up.
  • Preferred: Forklift certification and/or previous forklift experience is a plus.
