Pharmacy Operations Lead Rep Express Scripts - Onsite

Job Responsibilities

• Safe operation of material handling equipment and hand tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and electric), carts, dollies, box cutters, wire cutters, etc.—to unload trucks and stock the warehouse/pharmacy.
• Use ORACLE and SAFIRE applications to set up new drugs, make internal moves, and pull up drug velocity.
• Have Outlook experience and ability to give ever-changing directions to the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math, organization, computer, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with ORACLE and SAFIRE applications preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive bending, squatting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and hand motions.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate heavy work volumes and business needs.
• Ability to read and differentiate small print.
• Team-oriented with demonstrated ability to work as part of cross-functional teams.
• Process improvement skills demonstrated.
• Independent work ability and ability to complete tasks as required.
• Must be able to stand, lift, and/or bend for periods of time.
