Warehouse Equipment Operator – Part Time Seasonal (Second Shift)

Assist in building and delivering book fairs by operating power equipment. Work safely, efficiently, and maintain high quality and accuracy standards in an active warehouse environment.

• Operate power equipment, including order pickers, with proficiency and safety compliance.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, inventory movements, cycle counts, and asset storage.
• Meet production, accuracy, and quality standards for all tasks.
• Follow all safety policies, process procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist on temporary projects and other assigned duties as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work tasks performed.
• Use tools and technology, such as product scanners, in accordance with standard procedures.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Adhere to the drug‑and‑alcohol free policy.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Minimum one year of power equipment operation experience (non‑internal promotions).
• Training and license to operate power equipment; completion of a forklift training program.
• Basic product scanner proficiency with minimal errors.
• Strong teamwork, verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to read documents in English.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical actions listed below.
• Drug‑free status and completion of initial and random drug tests.

• Lifting boxes up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Standing, reaching, squatting, bending, kneeling, and climbing as required.
• Performing tasks in a non‑air‑conditioned environment.
• Wearing personal protective equipment as necessary.

Arizona. Second shift – 4:00pm to 8:00pm (hours may vary). Hourly rate $19.00 with a $1.50 shift differential for hours after 2:00pm.
