What You Will Do- Accurately manage inventory and inventory movement
- Work weekly report to demonstrate activity to reconcile negatives
- Spot check inventory accuracy for all levels of service department employees
- Inventory adjustments managed and maintained on a weekly cycle
- Implement circuit board and electronic parts return program
- Communicate tracking information of parts that are shipped
- Inventory control by following the process identified, keeping accurate and timely records for each project customer.
- Manage warehouse, accurately control inventory and provide organizational skills
- Timely and accurately receive parts as it is critical to provide excellent customer service
- Conduct monthly safety audits to ensure the warehouse is safe and secure
- Work weekend annual inventory with the chance of additional weekend work to complete
- Accurately verify and order material, track and monitor orders and provide frequent updates
- Process warranty returns.
- Ability to climb ladders and move large parts and pallets throughout the building.
- Travel between and maintain both warehouses in the Tempe and Tucson offices.
- Able to effectively communicate and take and give calls to office management, technicians and vendors regarding material orders.
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and an ability to learn quickly
- 1+ years of equivalent Inventory Control experience
- Strong computer knowledge of computer software to include MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
- Forklift certified preferred.
- Experience in Fire Alarm and Sprinkler parts.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $24-31 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
