• Follow all safety and quality guidelines with an elevated sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Produce, pack, and inspect raw materials and finished goods
• Load raw material into equipment; catch, label, stamp, and pack finished goods
• Set up and assemble materials and packaging
• Move raw materials and finished goods to specified areas
• Complete quality assurance throughout the production process
• Initiate immediate quality and supervision reviews for any suspect or defective products and packaging
• Participate in training of new employees
• Uphold standards for cleanliness and safe work environments, ensuring your work area meets these expectations

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, with 0-1 year of production or manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong ability to efficiently remain organized, detail oriented, and tactful while communicating
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Operates in a professional office environment as well as within a manufacturing environment subject to indoor environmental conditions and noise. Often required to sit, use repetitive hand motion, hear, listen, talk, stand, and walk. Often required to climb stairs, reach overhead, pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds.
