NOW HIRING!! Great Opportunity in Shipping Department at the Temperance Plant. Shipping - 1st & 3rd Shift positions available – NO FORKLIFT USAGE, trucks are loaded manually. FULL-TIME
- Starting rate is $19.50. Days/Times are as follows:
Expect 10 hour days. 3rd Shift (Sunday pm
- Thursday pm) 7p-5:30am.

• Load trucks, gather components to complete orders, and wrap or sort items to place in appropriate locations for loaders to locate and load.
• Read and understand orders and job specifications; understand the scanning system for loading trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Inspect work-in-process and finished units to ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in continuous process improvements and support team goals; regular punctual attendance is essential.
• Learn product identification and proper product placement; perform other duties as assigned.
• Overtime may be required as needed.

• Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions, standard procedures, and production orders.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and to read a basic tape measure (1/16 inch).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and stand/move during repetitive tasks.
• Collaborative, team-driven attitude with reliable attendance and a focus on meeting daily/weekly production schedules.
