Scheduling Coordinator

Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will work under the direction of the Operation Supervisor and Branch Manager, performing various administrative functions in accordance with established procedures.

• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with scheduling of inspection and service work
• Monitor and review inspection reports, work orders, impairment and correction notices
• Upload inspection reports and impairments to compliance engine and other entities that require reporting
• Provide backup support for the department team when needed
• Additional duties will be assigned once you become familiar with our systems and processes

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Past accounting experience is preferred
• Prior experience with service trade scheduling system is preferred but not required
• Prior experience with reporting systems such as compliance engine, BSI, Vepo, and Invirotraxis preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage time and resources efficiently
• Ability to multitask and work in a deadline‑driven environment
