Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, or manifests for accuracy in quantity, quality, and condition;
Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, creating bills of lading, and coordinating with carriers;
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS);
Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and resolve issues with suppliers or internal teams;
Perform cycle counts, data entry, and generate shipping/receiving reports as needed
