- Role: Area Warranty Manager
- Location: In‑Person Temple, TX - willing to drive up to an hour from our Temple office.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Type: Full‑Time
- Pay: $50,000–$55,000

Experience:
Conduct New Home Orientations and walk buyers through their new home with confidence and clarity. - Communication & Follow‑Through: Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on warranty service work to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Field Leadership: Oversee day‑to‑day activities of trade contractors to ensure quality work and on‑time completion.
- Quality Control: Authorize payments after verifying 100% completion and customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring warranty trends and communicate opportunities that help improve construction quality long‑term.
You are willing to drive up to an hour from our Temple office.
You’re a clear, confident communicator—both verbally and in writing.
You take ownership and don’t wait to be told what needs fixing.
You enjoy working with people and solving problems face‑to‑face.
You have a valid driver’s license and are comfortable traveling as needed.
