Title: Construction Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent

Project: Data Center

Location: Temple, TX

Duration: 12-month contract to hire

Pay Rate: $50-65/hr (paid overtime, paid time and a half)

Start Date: ASAP

• 2+ years of construction leadership experience (foreman, superintendent, etc.)
• Data center construction or heavy industrial construction experience (can come from any trade; civil, MEP, structural, etc.)
• Local and able to commute onsite in Temple, TX

The Superintendent oversees and coordinates all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the project schedule, budget, and the client s quality standards. Serving as one of the primary leaders on the jobsite, the Superintendent provides direction to site staff and subcontractors while fostering collaboration among project team members. This role acts as the key liaison between the client, field teams, and internal stakeholders, promoting the best interests of both the business and the client.

The Superintendent communicates project priorities, drives accountability, and demonstrates the leadership, professionalism, and decision-making skills expected of a mid-level leader.
