Arthur Murray Dance Center of Temple is looking for a passionate and energetic Ballroom Dance Instructor to join our team in Temple, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity to turn your love of dance into a rewarding career while transforming students' lives one step at a time. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a natural teacher, we want to hear from you!

Teach private and group ballroom dance lessons to students of all ages and skill levels

Instruct a variety of dance styles including Two-Step, Waltz, Swing, Salsa, and more

Develop personalized lesson plans to help students meet their individual dance goals

Track student progress and provide constructive, encouraging feedback

Participate in studio showcases, social dances, and special events

Build strong relationships with students to ensure retention and satisfaction

Maintain a positive, high-energy studio environment that motivates students

Prior dance experience preferred, but not necessary

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for teaching

Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate student schedules

Outgoing, patient, and motivating personality with a student-first attitude

Willingness to complete Arthur Murray instructor training and certification program

Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Sales-minded approach to help students commit to their dance journey
