Responsibilities
- Help care for children aged 5‑12 in the after‑school program.
- Implement a flexible curriculum featuring student‑led projects focused on leadership, character development, and design thinking.
- Build genuine relationships with each child.
- Guide children to learn and explore in areas of interest, such as technology, art, and more.
- Maintain a well‑kept classroom that encourages creativity, exploration, and confident decision‑making.
- Discover individualized learning strategies for each child and teach them about the world.
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Must be able to drive a 14‑passenger bus; CDL not required.
- Training provided.
