Pearce is seeking an Advanced Solar Field Service Technician (Operations and Maintenance) to perform O&M at solar sites near Temple, Texas. You will conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on solar utilities and sub-station equipment, document work orders and logs, troubleshoot electrical components with meters and testing tools, and ensure safe operation.
Candidates should reside within 50 miles of Temple and be prepared for travel up to 25%.
